A workshop on the basic principles underlying Yoga and the Practice of Kali-Ki Reiki. The Yamas and Niyamas are the spiritual “Do’s and Don’ts.” the moral, behavioral and spiritual foundation for developing a strong Sadhana, Reiki practice and for living in the world while retaining our Divine Connection. The Yamas and Niyamas are the first two limbs of the eight limbs of Patanjali’s Yoga and consist of basic social restraints and practices that those entering a yogic path must cultivate. Explore, for deeper understanding, these principles and how they are reflected in the ethical and behavior practices of Kali Ki Reiki and in daily living. Handouts will be provided via email after registration.
Presented by; Rhonda Slota, MA, a Kali-Ki Reiki Master and Teacher, a Registered Yoga Teacher, Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and a Certified Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist.
